2004 Chardonnay
| Girardet Chardonnay always exhibit the mature fruit characteristics of the Umpqua Valley growing conditions. Partial barrel fermentation concentrates and accentuates the mouth feel and flavors in the wine. Blended with a fraction which is aged in stainless steel, this adds the fresh aromatic components and creates a wine with excellent balance. Bottle aging will improve the already creamy texture of this drinkable Chardonnay. | |
