With the ideal microclimate in the Umpqua Valley for Pinot Gris, we are working with fruit that has achieved ideal ripeness levels and broad flavor profiles.  This creates a wine with depth and brilliance, yet still maintains the easy "drink anytime" character.

Tasting Notes:  
This wine opens with a very fresh aroma with grapefruit, citrus fruits, and a hints of bananas and pears.  It greets the palate with fresh, lively medium-bodied flavors of honeydew and a touch of almond on the finish.  A very light trace of sweetness is balanced by good acidity.  Try with Cajun shrimp or assorted cheeses.

  Serve chilled.
